The vision for the Citylight Family is 10 in 10…through our church planting movement, we take the Gospel to ten strategic cities across the Midwest in ten years. We believe that new Gospel movements in these ten hub cities will serve as catalysts for the multiplication of hundreds of new churches and tens of thousands of new disciples over the coming years. God has given us grace in church planting and as we prayed on where next, Sioux Falls made it to the top of the 10 in 10 list.
Home to 250,000 people in Sioux Falls with 10,000 people moving into the city every year. There’s a lot of church tradition and culture and with a need to hear the Gospel and for Gospel transformation. Would the Lord send laborers to do a new Gospel work.
We met with pastors, campus leaders, and how we can pray for them. We pray for God to do a transformative work on the campus of Augustana University and the University of Sioux Falls. Would you join us as we pray for Sioux Falls and for the people in Sioux Falls, that college campuses would honor Jesus, that the churches would thrive and that God would show us if Sioux Falls is next for our Family.
