Citylight’s mission is to multiply disciples and churches. We labor and long to see new Gospel-centered churches planted. Each of our churches has the freedom to plant new churches in communities where they feel called, but as a Family we are committed to partnering together to plant new churches in ten strategic cities across the Midwest. Together, we’re asking God to multiply the Citylight Family movement into ten strategic cities across the Midwest and beyond. We believe that new Gospel movements in these ten hub cities will serve as catalysts for the multiplication of hundreds of new churches and tens of thousands of new disciples over the coming years!
God has given us grace in church planting and as we prayed on where next, WICHITA was determined as our 2026 target. Wichita is home to 400,000 people and has three college campuses with 20,000 students. We want to meet with pastors, campus leaders, and pray for God to show us if Wichita is next for our Family.
If you have a connection, desire or burden for Wichita, we want to hear from you. The need is for Godly men and women to go and discern and discuss how Jesus might be calling them to church plant and to go and serve the people and students in Wichita.
