Why You Need to Listen to the Family Podcast
If you are on staff at a church within the Family, this podcast is a necessary tool and resource. As ministry leaders, our first source of transformation is through the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and also we need people to walk alongside us to encourage us, equip us, and celebrate and share with one another. Church Planting & Residency | Citylight Mosaic
Church plant residency within the Citylight Family isn’t unique. Over the past ten years, men have been invited to join churches within our Family to learn and experience what a healthy staff is and isn’t, how to shepherd and lead people, how to care for people but then also how to multiply the process by looking for the next leaders. A typical planter residency is two years before a core team is launched.
College Ministry in the Family | PC3
Throughout the Citylight Family, you will find college teams thriving and serving their local college campus. One ministry that is doing this well is PC3. PC3 is part of Providence Church Omaha and meets Tuesday nights each week.

Church planting is a commandment. We are all called to ‘go’ and it can look different for each member of the Body of Christ. Jackson Mantz shares his story of planting a church from the perspective of an intern.
Single-Minded Leadership
Our churches today are filled with single people in all stages of life; college students, young adults, middle-aged, and seasoned adults. Many of them have felt the weight of their singleness in a variety of ways throughout their lives. As church leaders we should create space for the singles and invite them into those spaces.
